Default Vintage Shopping in New York...help!

Hey everyone,

I'm going to be in New York for vacation next week and it's the first time where I won't have work commitments so I FINALLY get to explore the city beyond downtown!

I am dying to spend a day shopping at vintage clothing stores and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips of where to go and how to go about doing this (ie where to start and how to plan my day). I'm staying at the New York Palace on Madison.

Thanks!

You need to check out Michaels, and Ina. Also take a walk through Alphabet city I swear every other store has vintage finds. Funkylala is also in this neighborhood.
