has anyone bought from them? how was your experience? tia!!

I did, at least I tried to. They have the worst customer service ever. I placed an order with them and after a week of not getting a tracking number or getting a package, I called and left a message. No one called me back. The next week I emailed them, no one answered. Again, after another week and a half of not getting a response I called. No one answered or contacted me. Finally, I emailed them telling them I was going to take some action against them (God knows what) but anywho. They then sent me an email lying that they did not have my correct email address because of a typo so couldn't contact me to tell me 1 of the 2 items in my order were out of stock (though it didn't say so on their site). Their response did not make any sense because I had been on their mailing list and receiving coupons the whole time and also received an order confirmation after I placed the order. Furthermore, why hadn't anyone returned my phone calls or hit the reply button on the previous emails and better yet why hadn't they mailed the other item since it was in stock. Personally, I would NEVER do business again with them. The owner is probably some small business owner who is playing around on the side but not on my dime or time ever again.

I placed my order on August 13 of 09. I hope for your sake they have their act together now.

I just wanted to post and say that I received my order today and <3 it, so I'm just glad everything turned out great!
