True Religions - BARGAIN

I just got a pair of True Religions from Nordstrom Rack for $79.97. They are the Joey's with the back flap pockets. I got a size smaller than usual because that's all they had (28 opposed to 29). Do they stretch. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to keep them. :-)

Are they rigid or stretchy? In any case, I've found that with TR, they might stretch a bit with wear, but not permanently. They go back to the original shape after washing.
