Default sunnies, how to repair the lenses scratches

SO I found some awesome vintage RAY BANS. there are tons of scratches on the lenses, any ideas how to repair them? thaks

I've seen a product at Target that is a liquid that you put on the lenses to get rid of scratches. However, I've never tried it. It's relatively cheap, or maybe a place that makes glasses, like an eyeglass shop, would polish them out for you for a fee. Please post pictures, I'd love to see them.
