Default SPANX - question about bodysuits- HELP!

Those one piece body suits that SPANX makes, how do you go to the loo with these on? I assume it detaches somewhere at the bottom? Sorry if this is a dumb (or gross) question!! TIA!

They are made such that you can, but I always pull mine down... it is very irritating.
