u can wear the brown if u decide to wear brown accessories (i.e. jewelry, clutch, etc.), other than that i would stick to the safe black pumps

If the dress is really red I think it would be okay, more casual than, say, gold sandals though.

i like the brown shoes with the red dress. i actually think a red dress with black shoes is tacky/90s style.

The shoes are nice as they are warm brown, not cold brown. I'd prefer metallics or nude, but your pumps look fine! Go for it!

I love red and brown together. The only thing I would be worried about is if the shoes are dressy enough for the dress and dont look too much like day or work shoes. I t is hard to tell w/o seeing them on together.

Well, the dress doesn't look as a very bright red, so my guess is that those shoes would be perfectly fine. I think it'd be easier to choose if we could see a pic of it IRL.
