Default NuBra...Does it work?

Just wondering if I can get any feedback on the NuBra? I was thinking of buying one but just wanted to know if it is worth the money and if it works or is there anything out there that is better? Also, Seamless or Feather-Lite?

Thank you.

I need a bra to wear with a dress that has a low back and a somewhat plunging neckline.

I think it just depends on your bra size and the type of support you are looking for. I have used this twice and it worked fine for me. For reference, I am a 34B and wore it both times for about 4 hours.

I don't know what it is, but I am always on the lookout for good-fitting, nice bras. I'm interested to hear comments.

I don't have the others for comparison, but I do have the nubra and it's great.

The ONLY warning I have for you, is that if you sweat in your chest area, like, when you go clubbing, DON'T wear it. They fly right off and don't stick back on til you clean it and it dries again (and your skin's dry again).

I've had to wear them in the butt of my jeans once cuz they just wouldn't stick back on. My friend also had to do the same thing once AND another time had one that just went completely missing (as in just one of the pair, I don't know how it could've fallen out in public without her realizing it.).

Don't let that scare you though. If you aren't clubbing, they're amazing.

ETA: I'm a 32A-B depending on bra style. The lady felt me up and gave me the B.

I have a NuBra & it works. It doesn't give me great cleavage but it does lift a little & at least provides coverage. It took me a little practice getting the cups in the right place so when I connect them, they lift & hold me up. I am a 34B & no longer young & perky (2 kids will do that to you, lol) but I have to say that if you have a garment that plunges in the back, this bra should work for you....at least it is a better alternative than taping yourself (I've done that too, )

Not sure how low the back or neckline is, but would either of these work?

I agree. Not great cleavage though you can adjust to a certain degree based on how far apart and what level on your boobs you place them at. I don't have much cleavage to begin with though. :P

Also personally, not something I'd wear all the time. It does weigh a little so I always feel like they're pulling down on my boobs a bit.

Oh I am glad I am not the only one that tapes, or tries to.
I'm a 34B as well so I hope it will just make the girls a little perky and keep them for sagging.

Thanks Maddog for the head up on sweating!!! That was a funny story. I'm going to wear it to a wedding so I just have to make sure I dont dance too much. I hope there will be good AC.

I will also check out the bras at VS. Thank you, maybe one of those will work and them I don't have to worry about the sweating.

NuBra is great for when you don't want any straps showing and it gives a smooth seamless look under knit garments. i'm a 34B and while it doesn't give any oomph to the cleavage or add to the bust area like a VS slightly padded bra would it works way better than a strapless bra. those always slide down and i have to keep pulling them up by the cups lol.

I had the Nubra and felt like it was a little heavy and trying to get it on even was annoying , so I tried Fashiom Forms Infinity Bra sold at Macy's for $36.00 and this works for me, it is a strapless and backless bra that sticks to you. It is not as heavy and you don't have to stick on many times to get it even.

I agree w/Fabulousity and maddog; mine came off when I started sweating from dancing. I don't trust them anymore.

I don't have the Maidenform bra in the link below to comment on it, but I came across it while looking for bras.

The NuBra Lite is great and I am guilty of wearing it all day like a regular bra (34B). Depending on how I place the cups, it gives me a decent amount of cleavage but not as much as a push-up would. I haven't had issues with sweat as long as it's a light amount and doesn't somehow get underneath (meaning, as long as my boobs doesn't sweat directly.

Complaints: The little plastic clasp in the middle is REALLY flimsy. Every single pair I've had has snapped after a few months' usage. I finally just clipped off the plastic and sewed them together instead (makes putting them on a little tricky).

A little tip....if you live near a Target that has the knock off kind, they are EXACTLY THE SAME. Since real NuBra will break anyway, might as well save some dough and get the cheaper kind. This is only for the featherlite kind; I haven't tried the regular.

I'm a 34B and it works well for me (I have the regular kind)! My sister is also the same size as me and she borrowed mine and she loves it too.
