Hi!
I am going to for dinner to a pretty casual place this weekend. I bought this vest from BCBG http://www.bcbg.com/product/index.js...entPage=family and was thinking of wearing it with the long grey wrap sweater (as shown in the 3rd picture). I was going to finish the look off with a pair of distressed jeans and a white tank. I'm not exactly what you would describe as slim and I'm worried that that outfit would probably look best on someone without my generous helping of b**bs, tummy and b*m! What do you think? |

i like it over a slightly relaxed long sleeved t-shirt with skinnies and ankle boots.
the combo of a tank, wrap cardigan and the vest is a little much and might add bulk to your frame. i am very busty and i definitely have to be careful with vests. in addition, i think the cardigan under the vest looks like you're trying a bit hard (even on the model). |

great vest. i'd wear it with skinny jeans (distressed would be nice) and a looser fitting t, and your long grey wrap sweater.. post a pic of what you decide, good luck and have fun!

Thanks for your comments! I have a pair of light grey suede pumps I was thinking of wearing with it. Or should I try a bright color for contrast?

I have this vest and I've worn it just with a simple black LS top or white T, black skinnies and grey or black pumps...I think it's best to wear it with a simpler shirt...and I like the idea of the light grey suede pumps...I don't think it's quite "neutral" enough to wear with a bright colored shoe

Thanks for your advice - I'm usually more preppy so I had no clue whether my outfit would work.
