So I had to move away from DH for work, and am living in an apartment right now, with very tiny closets!

I'm going to be here for awhile and need someone to suggest a portable wardrobe solution. Perhaps someone here has used one of these before?

I purchased a metal and plastic one at Target down the road and it fell apart before I put half my jeans/pants on it.

I need something sturdy where I can hang part of my wardrobe on.

Any help would be appreciated!

Mmm, I don't know how portable they are, but I know a friend of mine has a nice big one she got from IKEA cause the closet in her place was too small. It's really nice.

Check out ikea though...they normally have a variety.

Thanks! I thought about them but wasn't sure. There's one up the road too. Thank you again!

I'm not sure where you live, but maybe you could check out Ikea or The Container Store online for some ideas of how to organize your small closet?

I use this wardrobe from Ikea:
http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/20093060

It fits alot of stuff (Has 2 drawers, 4 shelves, and 1 hanging compartment) and it's pretty inexpensive for its size. It took quite awhile to assemble it though

I vote for Ikea too...some of it is junk, but, I've furnished my entire room w/ stuff from Ikea...it took awhile, but, make sure before you buy there is a display that you can touch and play with before purchasing. I saw a lot of cute stuff in the cateloge and when I went to see it in person, it sucked!!

Also, try Craigslist...you can find almost nnw stuff, in great condition for a great price!! :)

Ikea & Container Store are great. I got some fabric cubes from Target that have helped me organize smaller items in my closet. Every little bit helps!
