The closest style i can to my jacket is at netaporter

I guess it depends if you like the tail of my jacket ... My sis thinks the tail adds to the slimming effect. *shrug*

Wow!! I love your new RO jacket Adia Daphne. I think with that shape it would look awesome with skirts as well.

I'm gonna check the RO store when I'm in NYC next week. I can let you know if it's there and what else they have. It's stiffer type of leather, but because it's a thinner leather jacket compared to a my Mike and Chris from years ago ... it's still soft. Afterall, the sewn onto fabric. The back of the arm is fabric, so the leather can't be too stiff. RO's light grey collection is finer, thinner, and therefore much softer like butter.
thx adia, yes pls do let me know after u visit his store. r u going to stop by barneys as well? they carry RO too. I love the fabric inserts in the jackets. all that work does go into the cost too...

I personally prefer the stiffer style, sucks u in better, LOL. ooh, I can imagine leggings, long chain necklace tank top and ankle boots w/ ur jacket. ok, all this talk is making me wanna try some on.

Yup, will let you know Barney's inventory too. I have to pick up something i purchased over the phone LOL. Okay, I have to stop shopping after the trip.

You're right, it'll look great that leggings and chain look! The SA also suggested that style and ask if I want to try on the leather leggings. I passed on that one. I think that's way too much for me.

Hi ladies. Am back from NYC. Barneys only had two jackets left in size 44. They weren't that great. Luckily i did go to the Rick Owen store to try on a few more styles to justify my purchase. They still have my jacket in lambskin and burnt/distressed lambskin which feels lighter. Looked just as great. If you live in the warmer climate, distress is the way to go. They also have the same style in a shearling that is about $1000k more than the regular leather. The short/regular style without the coattail they have it black and grey. What i loved, were their fur collar vests! Both grey and black were stunning. Apologies there are no pictures as it was rather quiet and my boyfriend who just sat and looked at shoes while I tried on all the jackets. They still have 2 sale racks from spring/summer. Happy shopping!

Oh I am DYING for that eXACT RO jacket - it is utterly, incredibly fabulous. I am green with envy. Lucky you!
