Chibach - any luck with Rick Owens in Nyc?

I bought mine recently (from out of country), but I'll be visiting nyc next week, so wondering if I might find something else next week.

Thanks ladies!

I guess the other part of the story is that I've never spent so much on a leather jacket before. Last week when I told my bf that I bought it, he flipped out. He just saw it for the first time earlier today, and he actually approved of it! He saw the tailoring, how fitted it is, so he just wanted me to reassure him that it was an investment piece. He is also a leather jacket junkie, nothing as expensive as Rick Owens, but he has at least 6 leather jackets in his closet. LOL

I hope I can survive from the rest of the A/W fashion temptations!

I seriously love your RO jacket adia. it looks even better on you than on the bed! is the leather the buttery soft one or the hardier one? is it more than 3 digits and is it available in the us do you know? such a compliment when your SO agrees that it was money well spent. don't worry, start saving up for A/W collections. they are my favorite seasons.

Thanks again ladies.

Randr21 - Yah, it was definitely a 4 digits ticket item when it comes to RO. It should be in the US, but I couldn't find it on any website when I was deciding whether to buy or not. I'm gonna check the RO store when I'm in NYC next week. I can let you know if it's there and what else they have. It's stiffer type of leather, but because it's a thinner leather jacket compared to a my Mike and Chris from years ago ... it's still soft. Afterall, the sewn onto fabric. The back of the arm is fabric, so the leather can't be too stiff. RO's light grey collection is finer, thinner, and therefore much softer like butter.
