I´ve been dreaming about a Rick Owens leather jacket for about 2 years. You lucky gal, now enjoy it!!

isn't there supposed to be a button on top of the collar on one side of the jacket? i bought a RO jacket like your's at Yoox, but I think it's fake so I will return it... have seen picture's with button and without... what's "the right version" of the jacket?

karston, i just ordered this jacket in brown metallic from Barneys. It should be arriving the end of the week. I will post the answer to your question when I get mine if no one does it before me.

I received my Rick Owens leather jacket from Barney's and there is NO button on top of the collar. I guess they come both ways.

RO makes this jacket every season and there are slight variations - I have seen ones with the button and without. Yoox sells authentic items and yours is likely from past season. I saw some jackets from 2007 without the button, and in recent seasons the jackets do have the button. HTH!

ahhh, i really want this leather jacket. have just mailed the rick owens store in london, but the jackets really expensive £1695.
i was wondering if anybody knows whether they have a sale at all, or if there is any other places i can get one cheaper at all.

I've been dying for one of these jackets but could never afford one. Does anyone now of any that are similar in style but more affordable?

*sigh* I would love to have a Rick Owens leather jacket, but will never be able to justify the $1000+ price tag. Especially since I live in Canada and would have to take the risk of ordering something I've never tried on + not to mention, customs will be horrid (~20% in customs fees)

hi, reviving this old thread as i am looking for the rick owen's motorcycle jacket, like the one Bronte pictured in her original post ... Does anybody know where i can find this style? NAP have just put up a new RO jacket, but its the bomber so doesnt have the zip pockets etc. that i like ... thanks :)

search under leather jackets category at ShopBop or revolveclothing.com, i recall seeing some.
