Default maximum amount you splurge and ur shopping habit

In a week, how many times do you go shopping? or do you only shop during weekend ?
when there's great sales during the weekday, do you ask for day off? I knew some would do that...blame the sales organiser!!!!!
And whats the maximum amount you splurge on your purchases (it doesnt include just one item or two three coz we know designer shoes bags apparel can reach up to thousands) taking account the items are big in quantity, and what mixes of different items of clothings, bags and shoes.

I think the most I spend was $900 something, total of 15 items of 10 apparels, 3 bags and 2 pairs of shoes.
And sometimes I followed sales, for these couple of weeks , its been 4 times a week of shopping spree and I've bad leg ache and cramps
How about YOU???

It depends, here in St. Louis we don't really have the best shopping, so when I travel to NY or LA during the summer I go crazy. I do a lot of online shopping too; ShopBop, and Netaporter are my favs. Everytime ShopBop gets new stuff I always purchase at least 3 or 4 items.

I don't know what's the most I've ever spent, but a couple of wks ago I did spend 1234.00 at ShopBop. It was all clothes tops, jeans, and dresses.

I shop daily bc I shop online a lot. I don't really have a max, but I've spent close to $3000 on a bag and about $2500 for a coat.

Great questions! I only shop a few times a year and I plan my shopping trips around major sales so I can get the most for my money. However, if I come across a sale during a time I wasn't planning to shop, I will definitely stop and check it out. The most I've ever spent on myself in one shopping trip was around $400. I usually only buy deeply discounted items. For example, one year I bought 6 cashmere sweaters (different colors and styles) for $10 each; another time, I bought 4 pairs of Escada shoes for $30 each.

I live in a city that is known for its great shopping. We have several awesome malls and high-end boutiques. I mainly shop at outlet stores (Escada, Off Fifth (Sak's), Last Call (Neiman Marcus), Loehmann's, Filene's, Nordstrom Rack, etc.). I also shop at upscale thrift stores and consignment shops. I once found a vintage Christian Dior skirt suit for $40 and a vintage Yves Saint Laurent dress for $26!

I don't do very much online shopping because I hate returning items that don't fit or look right. If I do buy clothing online, it's at places like Nordstrom where I can return the item in-store if I need to.

I shop daily. I often go out to local boutiques for unique stuff and do most of my designer shopping online from NAP, ShopBop, neimans, etc. or also by phone bc some stores don't have all things online, etc. It gets addicting though and i've spent over $20K in one sitting. Usually though, I spend a few thousand a week (sometimes just twice a month) on just shoes and clothes. I buy about two bags a week on average but it just depends on what catches my eye.

I don't think my shopping habit is a "bad" habit but my mom can't stand the way I shop...each to their own i guess.

I shop at least 3 times a week.

I don't work, so I can go anytime I want.

I've spent about 10k at once, but it was all on high end items.

I dont have set times or amounts when I shop.

When I feel like shopping, I go. I only spend money that I actually HAVE, I don't put it on a CC or anything. Usually it is always cash. Most of the time though its clothing.

Not to be rude or nosy, but if you don't work, where are you getting $10,000 to spend on clothes?

I mainly shop online, and I don't have a set amount that I spend. I also shop in phases. For example I'll concentrate on buying just purses for couple months. When that is done, I move on to the next like shoes. I tend not to buy shoes, clothes, and purses together. Today, I bought my last handbag until probably December. Now I'm on a shopping break for awhile because I already went through my shoes and clothes phase. The only things I'll be getting is what what I pre-ordered.

It is both nosy and rude, but I will answer. I was working as an attorney until this year and my hubby has a very good job.

I usually purchase clothes and shoes every weekend and I spend about $12000 per year on clothes. Yet I always have such a hard time trying to find something to wear.

Shopping is my addiction.

I can't even count the days I go shopping. It's pretty much all the time.

At Nordstrom the other day, a SA came up to me and was like "weren't you here the other day?"

Talk about embarrasing!
