Looking to buy a shirt and a dress, comments please!

Hi I am looking to buy a casual shirt and a dress. What do u guys think of these two shirts? They are the same style apart from the colour and fabric.

Do u think it's nice (I personally like it but I am unsure)? If so, which colour do u think is better?

The below comes in spotty black or red:

Thanks very much for all the feedback. It's great to ask for opinion before I actually purchase something. I also like the shirt in plain blue colour too.

And yes, it's on sale at the moment.
