Do any of you guys have this JCrew cardigan? What do you think about it? I am thinking of getting this one in golden cypress color.

I have the cotton Jackie in buff pink - LOVE it! Easy to take care of and its super comfy and soft, despite being cotton. Great for work.

I have the Jackie cardigan in Navy, it's really soft.
Not a big fan of Mohair myself, although it looks pretty, it itches me :( |

I have the mohair cardigan--love it, though I haven't attempted to clean it, yet! I also feel that it has a tendency to snag easily . . . still, very pretty and soft.

I have a ton of Jackie cardigans in various colors and I recommend them. They hold up well and don't pill as much as their wool or cashmere cardigans (speaking from experience...)

Agree with the others, the Jackie cardigans are great! They hold up well and are easy to care for. As for the mohair, I've seen it in stores and it feels really nice, but it looks like it would be very delicate due to the loose knit, and I suspect that it would shed all over- every mohair sweater I've ever had has done this, plus the fibres get caught in your lip gloss. I would pass on that one, as cute as it is, it's not very practical. Pass or wait a couple weeks until it goes on sale, since most things at J.Crew do, that way you won't spend too much money on it.

love the jackie's. I have many in various colors - they are a wardrobe staple, IMO.
i saw and tried on the mohair - i did not like it as it is too thin IMO and you can see right through it. it looked soft from afar but then when i put it on, it felt a little scratchy. i do love the colors it comes in, though. |

I just bought my first Jackie and wore it yesterday. I love it. Another one in a light blue is on its way to me.

Just wanted to thank all of you again! I got my first Jackie cardigan today, in golden cypress color. Love the color and the cardigan is so soft!
As for the mohair one, I'll wait until it goes on sale. Maybe I'll get it then. |

I love the mohair cardigan, I bought 2 in heather grey and lavender. I also wanted to get the hot pink one but it's sold out now. They don't shed, they're not 100% mohair, they're made from a mix of mohair, nylon and wool.
