Default Issue with Saks , Herve Leger dresses

Ok So I posted a thread about the fact that when I recieved my dress from Saks.com it had been ironed or maybe even just steamed, and it had ruined the fabric. I mean it had started melting and made shiny streaks. Anyhow I had Sak's send me a second one from the Bal Harbor FL. store and it was even worse, (I told them to make sure it was perfect before they sent it).
So I am not sure why they are doing this, but it's ruining the dresses, and I just want to for-warn anyone who has ordered or pre-ordered one from them.
I am returning both of these and will reorder from Herve Leger who seemed appaled that they might be actually ironing the dresses. wish me luck on # 3

Thanks, but I need the xxs. I'm going to take the better dress into Saks in Chicago and see if they can do anything. Maybe if they actually see it. I'm getting sick of dealing with this whole thing.
