Default Indigo denim dye - any tricks?

I love wearing darker washes with my jeans - but I find that a number of lines (i.e. rock and republic) tend to rub on light clothing - which makes it scary to tuck in lighter color blouses with high waisted jeans...does anyone have any tricks for stopping the dye from running?
TIA!

Wash your jeans with salt - it doesn't completely stop it but it helps. :)
