HELP me find a White or Ivory Cocktail Dress Please

I'm looking for a white or ivory cocktail dress to wear to my wedding reception; something elegant, chic but fun. My inspiration is the Balenciaga in this photo. Does anyone have any ideas?

additional info: I'm 5'1" about 95lbs., slender build. My wedding gown is a very simple light ivory satin with almost no adornment. The wedding is supposed to be understated elegance (or at least that's what I was aiming for LOL). Thanks in advance!!!
