Is that the eugenia kim hat? I don't know if I like the color, but it's a really cute shape. Love hats!

I am a hat person and actually I may be in the minority here, but I think the buckle cheapens the hat which I otherwise like (although not in white, unless you have dark skin in which is would look very flattering. Otherwise, it's going to wash you out that close to your face). The shortened brim is interesting. I'm not sure it would work well if you wear glasses though because it sits rather low on the head.
