For all ShopBop shoppers!!!!!

For all you ladies who like to browse through ShopBop and add things to their saved carts would have probably noticed by now that when an item is out of stock and turns up as "0" in your cart, deleting items just doesn't seem possible due to some bug in their system. I have experienced this sooo many times and found it annoying to have to call their CS and have them delete the items.

If this is you, where it says "0", replace it with a 1 (DO NOT update or anything) and then just press delete and VOILA! it will allow you to delete that out of stock item along with anything else you wish to delete.

I just hated going through the whole process of having to speak to a rep and then explain what I wanted to delete.

I HOPE THIS HELPS SOME OF YOU WHO FEEL THE SAME WAY!!

yea i figured that out too one day... what i really want to know is how to find out how many they have in stock again! You used to be able to put in a quantity of 99 and it would reduce it to the actual amount in stock... now you can't enter more than a quantity of 2...
