Finally, pictures of my Nanette Lepore purchases

Hi everyone!

I posted a few weeks ago about getting into Nanette Lepore this spring, and that I had made quite a few purchases. I've been really busy at work (working really late) and then went away for a week to LA, so I didn't get the chance to post personal pictures until now.

The first set of pictures are the NL floral jacket and cardigan. Please excuse the wrinkled cardigan as I traveled with it recently and have not had the chance to de-wrinkle it.

Also, there were two more dresses that I had ordered, but returned because the color didn't look right on me.

Let me know what you guys think...thanks!

One more set...

First dress is NL (yellow) -- I'm going to wear this to my wedding shower in a few weeks. I still need to find the right bra to wear underneath and get it taken in on the sides.

The second dress is not NL, but 3.1 Philip Lim...I just wanted to share it since it's new. It got a bit wrinkled. I'm not sure if I am going to keep it yet.

I like the coral cardigan, it's very pretty and looks great on!
The yellow dress is beautiful too, but I agree that it needs to be taken in from your hips on down. But you look marvelous!
not feelin' the turquoise blue dress, sorry:(

The jacket and cardigan both look SOOO much better on you than on the hanger or the stock pictures (can't remember if it was a mannequin or model or whatever). They suit you so well!

Like the yellow dress too. I think you can do better than the 3.1 Philip Lim dress with a figure like yours, the colour overwhelms your skin tone a bit too. But damn you look good in yellow!

Before I checked this thread, I had actually made up my mind to return the Philip Lim dress. I've been going back and forth on it, but I know that I can do better. The dress is beautiful though -- I love the "rolled" detailing.

Great choice ! I especially like the floral jacket and yellow dress.
What are you gonna wear the jacket with ? I guess you can dress it up or down.
Wished we had Nanette Lepore around here.

Love the yellow dress, I saw a girl wearing it on the street and it was just perfect. NL is great, my LBD is by her.
