Question Emilio Pucci's Dress!

Hello Ladies, I want your opinions on this Pucci dress. YAY or NAY?
Since it's more of something that I'd wear to parties, do you think that I can wear it for years to come? I know that it's a very busy dress, especially that it has long sleeves, but I think that I can pull it off style-wise.

And for reference I'm 5'7.5" and around 160, and my body shape is more of a hourglass, kinda like Kim Kardashian with more reasonable butt!!!

Thanks

I'm going to say no. Even though you said you were going to wear it to parties it's still very limiting. Also that you are more full figured, and the print being so busy the dress may make you look bigger.

I think it is a cool dress. As long as it isn't tight, I think it is very classic in a Pucci way and quite upscale.

Fabulous dress. I would say yes, get it ,if you will be attending different parties with different groups of friends. The dress is very distinctive and you may not like re wearing it

Yes. Get it. Pucci is one of those things that NEVER goes out of style. Seriously. Look at what vintage Pucci dresses are going for--if a dress has been in style for over 40 years, I'd say that there is a good chance that it will be in style for years to come.

Well ,maybe, but I'm going to try it first!! I don't mind if I will look slightly larger, but not a whole lot! It's very gorgeous!! The limiting factor, does not concern me a lot at the moment because I tend to hang out in different social circles..

I would get it but probably have it tailored so it wasn't so long - with that much pattern covering your whole body, it might just be too much.

you have a fabulous body, a simple dress will better show it.

can you post a modeling picture? the dress itself is vivid of course...

I'm with you TresChic, I tend to like more simple, less daring patterns, and this one is just too busy IMHO. But if you can rock it, then by all means, ROCK IT!

It is very daring, and I love Pucci prints. I agree that they are timeless. I think this particular print is fabulous. Great for parties (far between events of course, since this pattern is so noticeable). However, I am not a fan of the cut. On some level, I think it is too covered: long sleeves, floor length and turtleneck is almost too much. I would like it much more if it were a slightly different shape. For example, if it were floor length but the top was a halter cut, I think it would be amazing. Try it and see how it looks. But, honestly I think you can find another Pucci that is even more fabulous than this one.
