Elizabeth and James Sizing!!

Hey Everyone!
I want to order the Elizabeth and James Priscilla Dress and was wondering how the brand tends to fit? I am usually a 4 is most brands and was wondering if the brand runs true to size?

I have the Penelope dress in cobalt in a size S, and I have to say that it is pretty true to size though personally I think I should of gone with XS cause even if it doesn't fall off me it is still a little loose despite its stretch, I'm XS/S 0/2 and in most brands leaning towards the smaller one so just go with what you usually are I'd say.
