Ed Hardy Hat: Fake or not?

Hii! I am really not sure where to post this.. so feel free to lock or move it where it feels appropriate.

I was wondering if this hat is fake?

Or what are some ways to tell if a hat is fake?

I think it's tricky to tell until you see it in real life. What do the tags look like?

its almost impossible to tell when it comes to ed hardy.. i think they manufacture in more than one factory/country.. their quality and material used varies so much

there were these shirts i started seeing people in that looked SO fake.. then i went to the store and saw them there.. so u really never know.. unless its blatantly fake

No tag? Is the stud a bit rusty?

im not sure but i think there should be some sort of ed hardy impression on the stud on the top of the hat. it looks a bit wrinkly and soft though. id be careful. maybe post it in the auth clothing checks to get more people to see it.
