Default Does anyone know who makes this cardigan?

My apologies for the ginormous picture

I'd really like to get the same cardigan...does anyone know who makes it? I see the outfit on Celebrity Style Guide but I can't see it yet because I'm not registered...

Thanks!

Thanks anyway!
