I got mine a pair of sterling nut and bolt cufflinks from Tiffany and Co. Tiffany has a nice selection actually, you can check it out online. Make sure that he wears french cuffed shirts though - I had to buy my boyfriend a french cuffed shirt after the cufflinks.

If he's into color and British style try Thomas Pink, they have some fun pieces.

Otherwise most stores carry them.
