Check your local TJMaxx... I just found an amazing cropped leather jacket in a Rick Owens type style for $59!

WAs it definitely leather? The TJ by me had some really cute ones but they were not leather (they were faux leather). They did look really good anyway.

It's true!! I got a Theory leather jacket in a Rick Owens style for $169 and the retail was $875!!!!!! From my local TJs!! But it has a runway section

balenciaga has the cutest leather jacket. and your in the states so you can get it.
as for cropped ones, you can get a super cheapo one from UO.

I just got a Vince one from Thrift Town. It's a little swing jacket and only cost me $13! I'm sure consignment stores have quite a few... they're always treasure chests.

Yes, leather outside with a poly lining...It is fabulous. Dark chocolate brown with asymmetrical zip, fitted to natural waist with a crew neck collar. The under side of the arms are ribbed cotton/sweater like.... $59!

The Theory jacket sounds fantastic too...pics?
