Default any milliners or hat people around here?

this may seem like an odd thing to ask but iv just inherited 3 hats from the mid 1920s. they are all in great condition but 2 have lost feathers and one needs a little re shaping.
do you think id be able to do it myself? all of them are plain black felt. iv emailed a few milliners that i found online but non of them could help me.
