I was just concerned because the khaki ones have this in the back:

I have the other ones but in a different print... I LOVE how they fit I was just concerned about the way these ones fit.

Yeah, I think they fit the same. I think the buckle is for decoration. I love these shorts as well

they fit great esp. since I don't have long skinny legs! they don't suction cup to your thighs!

I find AE clothing to be very TTS no matter the style (well, so far). I love their shorts... you should check out their sale section sometimes, super cheap!
