My son's piano teacher made these yesterday and my son loved them so much, I had to write to her and get the recipe! Thought I would pass it along:


Pumpkin Loaf or Muffins
>
> mix:
> 1 1/2 cup sugar
> 1/2 cup cooking oil
>
> add to above:
> 2 eggs, beaten
> 1 cup pumpkin puree
>
> mix together + add alternately with 1/3 cup water:
> 1/4 tsp baking powder
> 1 3/4 cup flour
> 1 tsp salt
> 1 tsp baking soda
> 1/2 tsp each of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
>
> bake at 350F - loaf: 1 hour;

muffins: 2/3 full for
> 22 min.
