Default YUMMY appetizer I made today.

I was watching the Today show this morning and a Chef was making this delightful looking app.

A uncooked LARGE shrimp
a tsp of goat cheese
with a fresh basil leaf
then rolled in Proschuto (sp)

Then you put it a frying pan and fry on each side (no oil is pan neccessary as the p. will make its own.) I did spray the pan with a little olive oil spray.

I made let them cook until crisp on all sides...and WOW...so good!!! And looks like you made a huge effort.

Give it a try!
