This is my own recipe that I am obsessed with and make for myself all the time lol... Baby organic spinach, sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, chick peas OR dark red kidney beans, kalamata olives, green pepper, small amount of chopped up hard salami, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, a pinch of coarse sea salt and freshly grated black pepper.

I love the chopped salads at La Scala in Beverly Hills... salami, cheese, chickpeas, lettuce, all chopped up super tiny and perfectly tossed in dressing. Yum!

To make, I like baby romaine or spinach lettuce with goat cheese, halved grape tomatoes, sliced red onions, and balsamic vinagrette (1 part olive oil, 1 part balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper)
