Cobb...mostly because of the egg (love egg in salad) and the lettuce and tomatoes. I HATE the red lettuce or that yucky radicchio. Ekk!

Tomato (diced)

Cucumber (diced)
Hard-boiled egg

Ranch dressing/honey mustard

If you don't put TOO much dressing I guess it can't be THAT bad for you...I hope...

Lately it has been salad-in-a-bag topped with feta cheese, green olives, and black pepper, with ranch and catalina dressing, and yes, I mean both ranch and catalina together.

It is no stranger than some of the other strange salad ingredients I have seen in this thread and yes I want to try them and yes it is absurd of me to hesitate because they have fruit, and then go and eat catalina dressing.

I like Cobb salads a lot, but know that they can't be good for you.

I also love greek salad.

My two current favorites to make are:

baby greens
pecans
goat cheese
craisins
red onions shredded carrots
italian vinagarette

or:

spinach
sliced strawberries
pecans
goat cheese
red wine vinagarette

peeled cucumber
boiled or poached egg whites
prawn tails, tuna or grilled chicken breast
balsamic vinegar and olive oil
sea salt and pepper

sometimes i add chickpeas but only if i'm already making hummous, they're such a pain to prepare if you don't like them canned.
