Care to share what you snack on? Your favorite foods? Your guilty food pleasures? This would be a good thread to share recommendations about our favorite foods!! It's also a great way to learn a little more about each other. As they say, you are what you eat!!

Anything fresh and homemade! Vietnamese dishes made straight from my mom, such as:

- Pho
- Bun Bo Hue (which is a spicy noodle dish)
- Bun Rieu (it's similar to the above dish, but not spicy)
- Tacos! Ok, she doesn't homemake the shells, but she can seriously cook a tasty ground beef for it. It's delicious.

And just about everything else she can whip out.

Others I like are:
- Japanese rice and/or noodle dishes. SO GOOD. My favorite is the Hamburg Plate.

- Tacos. Hard shell, please.

- Creme Brulee! Quite possibly, my favorite dessert ever.

- Certain seafoods. NOT Octopus, they scare me to death. It also depends on how it's cooked and seasoned. The Vietnamese/Chinese seafood dishes are tasty!

- Traditional Fried Rice. Again, it depends on how it's cooked. I like it doused with Asian soy sauce/chili sauce, cilantro, and black pepper.

- Wonton soup (mmm)

Okay, this is too long. I'll just list a few more and I'll be done with it:
- New York Steak, medium rare.
- Ribs, especially when it's seasoned right.
- Hamburgers! Can't get any wrong with that. I prefer it cooked fresh.

That's just a few things I love. I have far too many to list. Sorry. ^^;
