It's hard for me to pick favorites, because it REALLY depends on my mood, but I tried to just pick things I'm never not in the mood for

Favorite homemade food:
My mom's weirdo breakfast casserole.

It has eggs, bread, ham, cheese, cornflakes... a little bit of everything. It sounds foul, but it's fantastic!

Favorite restaurant food:
Dragon roll sushi from this small place nearby.

Theirs has cucumber and bbq eel inside with avocado on top, and caviar and tempura crumbs for garnish. And the guy always arranges it on the plate so it looks like a dragon

favorite restaurant food:
Unagi (eel) roll from my absolute-favorite japanese restaurant of all time, Sakura.

Home made: either my french onion soup (everyone who tastes it agrees it's the best they've ever had, I can't even have it at restaurants anymore because mine is sooo much better, I'd be happy to share the recipe if anyone's interested) or my shepherd's pie

Restaurant: coal-fired brick oven pizza from Grimaldi's which is right near my apartment, yum!
