It's so easy!

1 box penne pasta
1 bottle Italian dressing
1 can chicken breast or some prepared grilled chicken
1/2 jar of nice parmesan cheese

Mix it all together and stick in the fridge (it's best cold!). It's good with some tomato wedges and sliced cucumber, too. This recipe makes a lot, and I almost always have a batch in the fridge for when I need something quick!

Restaurant: sweet and sour pork and sticky rice from this little family owned thai restaurant in my city. Delicious .

^ Sure! I hope I get it right, I'm doing this from memory

Take a 13x9" casserole dish, spray it with non-stick spray.

Line the bottom of the dish with pieces of buttered bread with the crusts cut off. On top of that, put a layer of sliced cheddar and then a layer of cubed ham. Top it with another layer of buttered bread.

Mix together 8 eggs, 3 cups of milk, 1 tsp of mustard powder, 1/2 or 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and pour it over the contents of the casserole dish. Let it sit, covered, in the refrigerator overnight so all the liquid soaks in.

Take corn flakes, crush them up and place them on top of the casserole. You can do as many as you want. I think we usually do ~2 cups worth of crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for one hour.

Favorite homemade foods..hmm. My mom makes this awesome clam chowder..doesn't even have a recipe. Just throws stuff together and it's DELICIOUS and probably going to give me a heart attack. It has heavy cream in it. Oh and she makes really good Korean food and mac and cheese.

I love any type of sushi from Koi.

^ I found this pic from a similar recipe (the lady used different seasonings and swiss cheese ick), but it looks pretty much the same. I like the corn flakes less crushed though. Next time I have it, I'll take a pic of the real thing!
