Question what sidedish should I pair with hot sausage sandwiches?

I am making hot sausage sandwiches tonight with sauce and peppers and onions and don't know what side dish to pair with them

Mango chutney
Pasta salad
Kim Chi
Grits (you can call it polenta if it makes you feel more upscale and cosmopolitan)

Just put all the choices out in little bowls, give everybody a salad plate, and let them mix and match till they pop.
