What is your favorite kitchen gadget/small appliance?

I love my blender and although I have not used it in awhile, my food processor. Stuff like good knives /decent pots are basics to me, so I didn't add those to my list.

I love my micro plane , I love to zest lemons and grate garlic into almost everything

I'd be lost without my toaster (I use it more often than the oven!), kitchen scissors, and my (oh yes i actually use it) magic bullet. It's so easy to chop up all the stuff for whatever I'm cooking without the grating and chopping. Also super easy to clean.

I couldn't live without my Cuisinart food processor! I had to name the brand because of the attachments it comes with. I use it for everything!

I love my Cuisinart Egg Cooker (perfect poached and hard boiled eggs) and my Keurig coffee maker (it uses K cups and brews one cup at a time and each cup is perfect).

I have never used an electric one, but I love my OXO one where it does it with out any sharp edges. However, it took me years to realize that it had a little "wrench" part to take the top of the can off after it cut it open. I had always struggled pulling them off with my hands! Love my Cuisinart and KitchenAid, also have a Pannini Press that I have been using alot lately, love my Egg Cooker and would die without my Crockpot and cast iron skillet.

One item I had to have and have literally used once is my Electric Pressure Cooker... not sure if I am just scared to use it or just don't have any idea what to put in it or how to cook it... Maybe I will look for a thread on that subject or start one...

right now i love my Aerolatte. it is a tiny handheld blender that froths milk for cappucino/lattes. i just microwave the milk for 45 seconds, then i froth it for about 20 seconds. very thick frothy milk.

i gave up steaming the milk with the espresso maker, too messy!
