I Hate breakfast- I would give anything to skip it!! I hate to eat when I am not hungry, but you do what ya gotta do! I can never understand how some people make it their biggest meal of the day! Starting off with waffles, bacon, eggs- I would just feel so lethargic for the rest of the day!

Sometimes I'll just skip breakfast if I'm going out for lunch or I get up too late, but if I do eat breakfast then I'll usually have wholemeal toast with butter and orange juice or cereal.

I'd love to eat a bagel with cream cheese every morning but thats way too fattening :(

I usually have a cup of tea and a bowl of fruits. On weekends if my boyfriend is around , we would make some eggs and home fries.

Usually just black coffee. I don't go into work until 1130am, so I usually don't wake up until 10 or so. My first meal is lunch around 2pm. Dinner around 9 or 10pm.

Thanks.
Oatmeal FTW. It is easy to make and it keeps you fill for a few hours, have a piece of fruit with it too.

I switch between oatmeal and fruit and cereal. Sometimes I am running late and I eat a banana with some yogurt (carbs and sugar for energy)

I have a couple spoonfuls of yogurt (my weakness is for whole milk, cream top) yogurt with some dry cereal, low cal no sugar cereal on top. Yum, and the cereal doesn't get mushy!

So yes, I love love love breakfast. Hate cooking it.
Most mornings I end up either having time for one bowl of cereal or just eating some fruit when I get to work. blah!

When I was a kid and we'd go to hotels with the continental breakfast, I'd have a heck of a time chosing what to get, I usually ended up picking up waay more stuff than I could eat! My eyes are much larger than my stomach hahaha
omg i know! breakfast is awesome.. and for me, when i travel with my DH, i pig out on the breakfast buffets or the continental breakfasts and skip lunch... breakfast foood is just soooooooooo gooood and i would never give it up for anything!
