I'm pretty bad - I generally get the same Starbucks breakfast every morning (grande skinny vanilla latte and a blueberry muffin; it costs $5.83. And that's how you know I need to change it up!)

When I have time I like to make grits & scrambled eggs, or eggs scrambled with turkey bacon, peppers, onions, spinach, cheese, whatever vegetables I have, and then some wheat toast on the side.

Usually egg whites (cooked with a little bit of salt), and coffee with cream and sugar. Occasionally, I'll have an English muffin with butter substitute and blueberry jam instead of egg whites. Sometimes cereal.

I usually have hot (oatmeal) or cold(Cheerios) cereal. But on the weekends we have eggs or pancakes.

i used to make a smoothie (strawberries, apples, banana, plain yogurt, milk)
it was yummy!!

I love oatmeal and sometimes I will mix in some applesauce that has been chilling in the fridge..other days, I have yogurt (love fage) and fruit. Sometimes if I am in a hurry, I grab a ziploc of dry cheerios and a banana and take it with me..and I always grab an iced coffee. If I don't have breakfast, I am very cranky by 11am and my stomach will rumble!

Aren't breakfast foods the best? If I could have it my way (meaning I don't have to cook!) EVERY MORNING I would have
Pancakes, bacon, toast and bagel toasted w/butter, hash browns, scrambled eggs with lots of salt, strawberries and blueberries, ham, waffles, cereal, cinnamon rolls... And we can't forget the syrup. Oooh and for drinks I'd have hot chocolate, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemonade... And ice water.
Now, we could always just do any combination of these things, and I'd be pretty satisfied... I don't want to be wasteful!! lol
So yes, I love love love breakfast. Hate cooking it.
Most mornings I end up either having time for one bowl of cereal or just eating some fruit when I get to work. blah!

When I was a kid and we'd go to hotels with the continental breakfast, I'd have a heck of a time chosing what to get, I usually ended up picking up waay more stuff than I could eat! My eyes are much larger than my stomach hahaha
