Wow I'm surprised by how many people skip breakfast or only have coffee. I wake up hungry I must be a freak of nature, lol.
Breakfast: sausage, egg, & cheese on a ciabatta & a chocolate chip muffie from panera
Lunch: PB&J and chips
Dinner: half a burrito bowl
Snacks:a piece of pizza & banana
I am too very surprised, but you're not a freak; you're supposed to be hungry waking up in the morning (and that means not overeating at night or eating super late at night). It's also much healthier to skip other meals than breakfast.
What I am surprised in a good way about though is how healthy people often eat here.
Breakfast: 3 fried pieces of chicken with a 1/3 of the serving of mashed potatoes
Lunch: Was still full. Had 2 servings of Fuze Empower Goji Berry drink.
Dinner: Eggs and pork stew with brown rice and a little vanilla yogurt shake.
breakfast: coffee and 2 slices of gluten free flaxseed toast
lunch: brown rice vermicelli with bakchoy, jasmine tea
snack: gluten free crackers and water
dinner: rice with field mushrooms and celery, water
