tonight's menu-

1. cheese foccacia bread with olive oil for dipping and/or fresh roasted garlic to spread on it.

2. pasta primavera with asparagus, mushrooms, green beans, zucchini, red peppers, garlic, and shallots.

3. chocolate caramel brownies with vanilla ice cream

I always love to cook up a big, fancy Friday night dinner for me and DH. It helps that my mother-in-law keeps my son from 12-4:30 on Fridays.

TN is a little bit too far from NJ, otherwise I'd invite you over.

tonight we had:

chicken breast baked with boursin cheese and proscuttio (sp?)
mashed sweet potatoes
steamed orange red pepper broccoli
yummy red wine (still drinking it as I surf the PF)

Last night was Sirloin steak and baked potatoes and brownies for dessert. I'm still thinking about what I will fix tonight. Maybe some type of chicken.
