what does deer meat taste like .. don't tell me it tastes like 'chicken' ^^ .. lol

.. oxtail w/ soup broth, don't forget the sour mustard greens, scallion, cilantro and vinegar for the broth^ ..... YUM!

i've always thought deer meat tastes pretty much like beef. BUT i'm not a picky eater AT ALL so i might just not care, lol. but i've had both deer steaks and burgers and they don't taste any different from beef steaks or burgers to me!

beef? .. really!?! .. had bear sausages in season .. not my cup of tea .. put it in a napkin when no one was looking!
