Tonight I'm cooking wholemeal spaghetti with a sauce made of tomatoes, spinach, rocket/arugula, various colours of bullhorn capsicum, onion, garlic, basil (and maybe a dash of red wine). I'll probably make some garlic bread too, using a wholemeal batard loaf.

I've been feeling so uninspired lately. Last night was tacos using Morning Star crumbles. We don't do that often but every now and then I get a craving.

Tonight is loaded baked potatoes. I top them with cheese, steamed broccoli and mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and avocado, and light sour cream and salsa. DH and I have this meal every Wednesday, we love it so much! DH is not a vegetarian, so he has fish or chicken with his.

Mmm, I love baked potatoes. My hubby is out of town so that might be dinner tomorrow.

Hi! I haven't been online much lately.
Last night for me was a Lean Cuisine white pizza. Hubby is coming home today so no more little crappy meals. Hopefully my posts will be a little more interesting now, lol.

When we ate meat, chicken and dumplings was my daughter's favorite food so tomorrow I am attempting my first vegetarian "chicken" and dumplings, lol. That sounds so wrong.

it wasn't, we didn't get home till 6:30 so it was a quick supper kind of night. it was the kind you just boil and the sauce was our fav spag. sauce. good and fast tho

I have a homemade recipe that I need to try!
