For those buying for the first time - don't let the initial smell get to you! Once the noodles are rinsed and cooked, you won't notice any odor.
I couldnt get past the smell. I opened it up and nearly ralphed. That was 2 years ago, I was partially traumatized...I might try it again....you have tempted me!

I tried them and liked them! Easy to use..

open package, dump noodles in collander, rinse well with water, microwave 1 min, dry noodles....

do whatever you want with them!

I just put tomato sauce cause that's what I was craving

Eww..i got them and tried them, but I threw them all away after one bite! I don't like weird chewy/ rubbery textures in my food so Im sure that's why..but I was excited about them!

I got them too and made the Hungry Girl's fettuccine alfredo recipe....my husband took one bite and said it was now forbidden to make. He HATED it! He said it was hands down the worst food I've ever made for him. :( I have to admit it tasted weird to me too, but at least I was able to finish my portion. So they won't be a regular staple in my diet unfortunately...I had such high hopes since they are only 40 calories for the entire bag!

If you rinse them and microwave them for two minutes, they are great.
Very filling. Lots of fiber.

I love them. They are great in soup

I just bought both regular and tofu shirataki noodles. I put the regular ones in soup--they're not half bad. They're kind of like clear or "cellophane" noodles, but a bit chewier. There's almost 0 calories, though, so I can deal.

I'm thinking the tofu ones might be better as a regular pasta substitute, though. I will try them tomorrow.

I love Shirataki noodles! If you've ever tried it, the texture is a lot like jellyfish! I usually eat it like Japanese cold noodles, with that sauce, wasabi and seaweed. YUM!!!!
