Princess, I think I'm going to try this sometime then. Pasta is simple enough for me to cook. I hope my parents like it!

I just got these today from Whole Foods when I went to pick up my flaxseed. Im going to try them tomorrow..Im excited! Does anyone know how they taste as leftovers?

Thanks for posting this!! I've seen this in the store but did not purchase them b/c I thought they would either be rubbery or fall apart when cooked.

ahh sorry i havent been online but something weird happened to my computer

i really hope you guys like them bc I LOVe them!! I cant believe it!

tonite i was in a funk and didnt feel like cleaning them as seriously as I did the first time but they still came out delicious!!

i put some ragu tomatoe sauce on them, ground turkey, ricotta cheese and parmesian cheese..mixed it all together...and sofia king goood!! i cannot get over how they taste like real pasta!!

jc, maybe it was a diffrent brand?or was it just shirataki noodles?they have to be tofu shirataki noodles...hmm i dont want you to have a bad experience again

these are so easy I dont see how anyone could go wrong

These are great, but the key to it is preparation--definitely need to rinse the heck out of them. I also think that the texture is chewy, not precisely like normal pasta chewy, but a bit different.

okay so I went and bought the fettucine style noodles yesterday cause I was so intrigued! LOL! I made an Alfredo sauce for it, unfortunately full fat

I have to say it tastes just like regular pasta! It is a little "chewy" but not al dente pasta chewy. Sort of gelatinous almost. (If any of you have eaten the cold cuts platter at Chinese restaus, it's like the salad that comes with it)

Anyway, I will be buying this again! It is a little pricier vs actual pasta but the calories, or lack of, makes it worth it

lol princess i think i may have just left them sitting in my fridge to long. they have been expired by the time i actually got around to trying them so no worried i won't blame you if i hate them after trying them again

They sounds yummy - I actually just bought the Hungry Girl cookbook tonight. I flipped through them and wondered what the heck those noodles were! Glad to hear from other people who have tried them. Thanks for the tips - I'm going to see if I can find them this week.

Is there a cheaper place to buy these noodles? Because I found out about them earlier and really loved them but 1.79...i think...per bag was still too much money for me. Any suggestions?

Today I got them for like 1.29 at a Japanese super market
