Hrm. I normally have mine out of 3 ways.

1. Toasted with tunasallad, red onion and fresh lettuce, red paprika och tomato.
2. Toasted with cream cheese and smoked salomon.
3. Toasted with cream cheese. Maybe some paprika filled green onions on the side.

YUM!

I ALWAYS get the cinnamon and sugar bagel at Brueggers with butter and honey on it. All of my friends seem to gross out at the combo, but it really IS quiet appetizing. I discovered it one day when I stopped by Brueggers and didn't know what I wanted, so I told the guy behind the counter to surprise me and pick anything. He came up with that combo, and I've been lovin' it ever since!

Butter or plain cream cheese, although, butter with cinnamon & sugar sounds so good!
