it's 2.10pm in montreal at the moment. i had a bowl of rice crispies w/ a tablespoon of sugar & milk and a cup of cofee for b'fast. and i just had a brie sandwich and leftover meatballs for lunch.

as of right now? 11:27am. i've had a cup of tea and a sugar free mint.
i'm waiting for my friends to get off work/school so we can eat lunch, probably 1:30-2pm. |

I had a cappucino , a peanut butter cookie and half a salami sandwich w/ mustard . I also had a Coke . I love them but limit myself to one a week .

it's early here and I just ate a bagel with cream cheese.
lunch, i'll probably have some turkey and cheese sandwich with lite mayo and mustard dinner- probably chicken with some vegetables. |

and today I was at university all day.. I had today: breakfast: 1 cup of coffee 1 bottle (0,5 litres) of diet coke 1/2 package of 0,5% fat natural yoghurth (which is 0,5 litres) 1 bottle of fanta free dinner: one piece of skin free chicken breast with mustard, tzasziki sauce, peas & salad. 5 apples spread during the day 2 plums one 100 cal ice-cream as desert lots of water tomorrow I will have yoga class, then I will eat more :) |

breakfast
1/2 cup oatmeal with splenda toast with 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter skim milk lunch turkey sandwich on rye with light mayo and dijon mustard 1 serving wheat thins tropicana low calorie lemonade snack fresh cantaloupe pria 110-calorie bar in chocolate peanut butter slice of rye toast with brummel and brown spread dinner crab and sun-dried tomato salad with light honey dijon dressing chips ahoy 100-calorie pack snack not sure, maybe light strawberry yogurt and a south beach diet bar, or a low fat ice cream sandwich and a glass of skim milk |

Nothing, yes bad I know :0 Lunch I had a turkey sandwich and pretzels. Dinner Nothing yet, but I plan on making tacos, yumm Snacks Pringels Applesauce Fruit cup thing and a pickle ^.^ |

I woke up about an hour ago, and I remember just really wanting a smoothie. I'm nursing that right now. (I don't have any proper juice glasses, so I'm drinking it out of my Harrod's mug!)
My smoothie consists of: 1 cup vanilla soy milk 1 banana 1 peach splash of orange juice ice I really want to buy apple juice and strawberries to try something different tomorrow! |
