ok. so i was bad at dinner. and even worse afterwards.
fiddle dee dee, i'll worry about that tomorrow. 2 pieces of unagi 1/2 an unagi/avacado roll 2 cucumber rolls 1/2 a shrimp and avacado roll 2 shrimp puff thingys some melon half a piece of choc. mousse cake green tea 16 oz drip coffee with 2 shots of espresso a diet soda a chocolate chip cookie a glass of champagne (which i didn't even get to enjoy fully b/c the intermission ended... )a 16 oz dbl skinny sugar free vanilla latte and now i'm going to bed before i eat anything else! ![]()

Ok, yesterday I was good...I ate eggbeaters in a flax wrap w/ non-fat cheese for breakfast. Then an avocado role for lunch. Dinner was veggie meatballs w/ sauce in a wrap and a chocolate vitamuffin. Gotta lose weight from my vacation.
I'm dreaming of a buttered bagel this morning though. |

- steamed veggies (brocolli, leek and mushrooms)
- a protein shake - some cabbage - marshamallo with chocolate centre X 3 pieces - 1/3 protein bar - cup of coffee - 2 cups of tea made with purple sweet potato powder - 1 chupa chup - 2 Litres of water Getting ready for bed |

Its only 8:40 am but I had a whole wheat bagel with garlic herb cream cheese and a bottle of Pomegranite juice. For lunch it will be a sandwich or salad. I only eat 2 meals a day and maybe some fruit at night. I stopped drinking diet soda 3 weeks ago, cold turkey! arrrggghh! (I used to drink a big bottle every day), so I'm drinking lots of water and club soda (low sodium of course)...I feel better already!

umm.. ok breakfast a raisin bread thing... at work 1 small croissant..
at lunch a greek salad small bag of m and ms.. ( the comp made me crave them) another small croissant dinner- cucumber maki small tub of ben and jerrys chocolate chip cookie dough and a mini ice lolly- and now i want fruit AND i wonder why im fat. haha |

so far today i've had a nature valley granola bar (those are the BEST! so good for you and filling b/c of all the whole grains and fiber) and a couple honey graham sticks. i'm about to eat lunch, though, and it looks like it's going to be a weight watchers frozen dinner.

Today 2 bottles of water so far and its only 10:45am, and I stopped at Carls Jr on the way to work a got an order of FrenchToast Stix with lots of powdered sugar on them...working my way thru bottle of water #3...someone is bringing in KFC for lunch, so I will just have a Chicken Breast and Cole Slaw (even though I love their mashed potatos and gravy, I will only eat cole slaw!)
