Back to healthy eating after a week of sometimes being good, sometimes being "bad"
![]() Breakfast - oatmeal with scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, blueberries and splenda; skim milk Lunch - two quesadillas made with la tortilla factory low carb whole wheat tortillas, baby shrimp seasoned with garlic salt, lemon juice and adobo, spinach and feta cheese; diet coke Snack - peanut butter zone protein bar Dinner - 3 oz. baked salmon seasoned with montreal steak seasoning; steamed baby peas and pearl onions Snack - EAS ready to drink chocolate protein shake; whole grain crackers with 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter |

Breakfast- 2 soft pretzels.
Lunch- mild cheddar, strawberries and carrots with french onion dip Dinner- salad w/ poppyseed dressing Snack- pretzel (I'm addicted) annnd in front of me are these chocolate wafer things that dh buys. |

So far....
Oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon Nonfat Venti Cinnamon Dolce Late-no whipped cream ![]() and I'm snacking on raspberries and walnuts. Lunch will be Indian food with co-workers. |

I did bad with eating healthy foods today. So far, I ate:
Breakfast: An apple, and a Diet Coke Lunch: A large fry from Burger King and a Diet Coke |

so far,
Oatmeal three cups coffee with sugar free, low calorie creamer 35 almonds. 1/4 C chickpeas, and a green salad with feta and dried cranberries one small low fat cottage cheese tons of water. |

8:00 AM Can of Diet Coke
9:30 AM 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup berries 1:00 PM Baked doritos 1:00 PM Medium Sized Diet Coke 1:00 PM 6" Turkey sandwich on wheat bread with cheese 6:00 PM White corn on the cob with light butter/salt 6:00 PM Half of a baked potato with light butter 6:00 PM One bite of yucky steak that tasted like rubber 8:00 PM Medium-sized european yogart at Beach Berries with pineapple, strawberries, cornflakes and raspberries.
